In this animated satire from Hungary, Cat City is, as you might expect, not a great place to live if you happen to be a mouse. However, one tenacious and imaginative member of the citys rodent community is determined to turn the tables on his tormentors. Travelling to Japan, the mouse gets his paws on a machine that can shrink a feline to a mere fraction of its former size -- which puts cats and mice on an even playing field at last. However, the cats are not about to take this lying down, and before long, all manner of amusing espionage and high intrigue is taking place between the species.
