Underground is all about a stripper/waitress, played by Rachel Carr (please note that the films director is Bret Carr). Our underdressed heroine falls in love with bar deejay Clement von Franckenstein (!) Hes looking for his missing sister, who disappeared at the selfsame establishment where Rachel works. Rachel helps him search, thereby becoming a candidate for a milk-carton photo herself. A real sleazefest. ~ Hal Erickson, All Movie Guide
