In this spin-off of the popular Tenchi franchise, Tenchi moves to Tokyo to try his hand at life in the big city. There, he meets a girl named Sakuya, whom he instantly falls in love with. Things are not as they seem, however, and it is revealed that Sakuya was created by an evil force hoping to use her in order to capture Tenchi and conquer the Earth. Will Tenchi have traveled all the way to Tokyo only to be ensnared in this plot?
