A spoiled city kid learns the importance of family when his ailing grandfather arrives in Minneapolis for medical treatment in director Leszek Burzynskis affecting and affectionate comedy. Young Charles (Joseph Mazzello) has never been close to his grandfather Stoney (Peter Fonda), but when Stoneys pal Shuck (Kris Kristofferson) arrives to break his old friend out of the concrete jungle and take him back to the ranch, the curious youngster joins the pair for the adventure of a lifetime!
