In the aftermath of the crash that closed season one of The WBs Supernatural, the Winchesters hover precariously between life and death and the Impala seems damaged beyond repair. As the Winchesters lie recovering in sterile hospital hotel rooms, a malevolent force begins stalking the corridors and leaving a frightful trail of chaos.
